Product Status:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with tags still attached. Damaged, washed or altered products will not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping:

Attach the return label provided to the package.

Free Returns: Returns are free for orders in mainland France.

International Returns: For international returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

Refunds

Refund Method: The refund will be made in the form of a credit that can be used for 1 year on our online store. You will receive a confirmation email once the request has been processed.
