Order Tracking

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not, you may return your items within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are issued as store credit valid for 1 year on our online shop. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the request has been processed.

Exchanges are handled in the same way; in the event that we are out of stock on the requested product, we will issue a store credit for the amount of your product.
